(A Special Christmas Event for
IDPS & Refugees)

 This is a special end-of-year event for persons of concern (i.e. Internally Displaced Persons [IDPs] and Refugees) in Lagos and Southwest Nigeria.

 During the event, we seek to provide basic medical check-ups for displaced families with special emphasis on the women and children.

With the support of volunteer medical personell, we would be providing free consultation and Over-The-Counter drugs as well.

The event also entails a special Christmas party, with fun, games, drinks and food, as well as appearances and performances by celebrities from the entertainment industry.

Gifts and foodstuffs, ranging from bags of rice, cooking oil, school supplies, etc will also be distributed to the IDPs and Refugee families, during the event, to ensure that the families are taken care of during the holiday season.

An estimate of 200 IDPs and Refugees within Lagos  are expected for the event including 50 children.
